Since graduating from the Dublin Dental Hospital in 1975 I have actively pursued Post Graduate Training across the broad spectrum of General Practice with strong emphasis on Oral Surgery and Sedation, Occlusal Rehabilitation - leading to Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry. Leading the innovation in Ireland, over 32 years ago, I was one of the first to set up a multi-disciplinary centre in 1980. This successful centre  was visionary at the time and is a thriving practice still to this day. 

My vast experience as a Principal has assisted me in developing on a personal level to become, what I believe, is a compassionate, dynamic practitioner with a strong emphasis on empathy to both Patients and the Dental team alike. My great strength lies in my ability to build a successful, happy, yet highly efficient team. This, together with me identifying a niche in the market. Together with my dentally-experienced highly-skilled team, we offer a specialised, independent, confidential service to the Dental profession. We assist colleagues wishing to purchase or sell a practice, re-evaluate their careers, enter partnership in an expense-sharing capacity - as well as providing an individualised consultancy service to Dentists to assist with all aspects of the successful running of their practice. 

In the 21 years since set-up of Innovative Dental , the only one of its kind in Ireland, I have successfully negotiated over 600 practice sales / partnerships.

As I have a wealth of experience in Dental negotiations, I am frequently requested to act as arbitrator in the Dental and Medical world in Ireland. My strong active vision for the future, allows me to bring a wealth of experience and progressive ideas to the 21st Century Dental Care Profession.
